company's philosophy closely follow its esthetic,
emphasizing minimal environmental impact in the fabrication process. Most
operations are done by hand thus using little energy. Candle holder cups are
a byproduct of car muffler manufacture. No varnishes or toxic chemicals are
employed and most of the packing materials are collected from local
businesses and reused. All festa & co. products are handmade with the help of basic power tools. We live and work in the wine country and we are inspired by the twisted vines surrounding our workshop. We hand pick each stone and carefully select them for every piece. We use steel, recycled metal, stones and nothing else. If exposed to moisture your piece will rust naturally. To maintain the "natural steel" appearance of your piece we wipe each one with mineral oil (except planters). To remove unwanted rust use fine steel wool and reapply mineral oil.
